Manga Studio 5 EX and Photoshop CS5
I had to revise this to make it presentable for pitching so this isn't what I submitted. However, I had a lot of fun painting this though so I kept the old file. The steam from the airship is from a photo which I manipulated and painted over. The rest is all paint.
